HomeThursday Evening Races

When

Every Thursday, 6 pm, late April until early September.

Description

KYC hosts a Thursday night dinghy race series for members and their guests. This is one important way we "foster amateur yachting on English Bay... ...and encourage competition at the highest level."

Conducted under the racing rules of sailing, the friendly competition is fun and safe for new sailors and seasoned competitors alike.

The first gun is at 6 pm, sharp, and we run one or more short races until sunset.

On Thursday Nights our members socialize in the clubhouse after racing. All members and their guests are welcome.
