Paella – a delicious one-pan creation featuring clams, mussels,
prawns, fish, chicken, chorizo, and fresh vegetables.

For those who prefer a different twist, Staff Captain Charles will also be preparing a second version with cod - without clams, mussels, or prawns.
The KYC Bar will be open 6 pm - 9 pm,
with food being served between 7:30 pm and 8 pm
after the sailors and paddlers return to shore.
