The first Bluenose Regatta, sailed in 1988, was limited to Lasers. In 2016, Bluenose was added to the BC Sailing Circuit.

 

With the regatta now open to multiple classes, sailors will have different levels of experience and there will be many junior sailors. Hot food on the Saturday after racing with a casual, family friendly menu and lots of hot chocolate (with marshmallows) to warm everyone up. 

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Coaches and Support personnel are reminded that this is a cold water/ cold weather event. It is your responsibility to ensure your sailors are dressed appropriately for the conditions and are monitored during the event.
