Dear KYC Member,
Further to the notice of the Annual General Meeting at the club on Thursday 20th of October at 2000h. Please follow this link to view a copy of the 2016 AGM Agenda.
Because the new Societies Act comes into force on November 28, 2016, a Special Resolution will be put forth adopting a revised constitution and set of bylaws, compliant with the new Act and taking effect on the date the Act comes into force. A copy of the revised constitution and bylaws being proposed will be posted at the clubhouse, not later than 14 days prior to the Annual General Meeting, for your review. An electronic copy of the revised bylaws are also available here.
If you are unable to attend the AGM on October 20th please fill in this proxy form and send it to the manager nominating a member who is attending. If you do not have a contact please feel free to name the Commodore, Brian Trainor, on the proxy.
