Please come and enjoy the start of another summer season at KYC with the first Thursday night of racing and dinner, April 27th. Our new chef and caterer, Ed Lee from Nelly’s Catering, has created a lovely Spring menu for us and please Reserve your dinner choice by 5p.m. on Tuesday, April 25th
First course - Broccoli Soup with Goat Cheese & Walnut Garnish
Main course -Sous Vide Wild Salmon - Cream Dill and Parsley sauce or
Seared Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Garlic and Fennel Honey Mustard sauce or Balsamic Mustard
Both entrees served with
Roasted Tomatoes and Charred Romaine with Garlic Dressing
Mashed potatoes
Dessert - Fresh Fruit Tray
The cost is $17.50 per person, cash payable to the caterer.

4p.m. – the bar will be open
7:15 – 7:30p.m. – dinner will be served
Starting this season, some of our Thursday dinners will have a theme and our April 27th evening is “Welcome Spring!” The deck will be open; the bar will be open, there will be Spring decorations and we invite everyone to put away their winter boots, winter colours and winter weight fabrics and bring out the spring colours – bright colours, pastels, and neons, floral prints, seer sucker suits and, yes, even white shoes! If we have to wear woolies and long john’s underneath and spring rain boots over top, so be it but we will have Spring!
Come and celebrate Spring, sunshine, the promise of warm weather, and being back at KYC!
