This week's menu from KYC and Chef Ed
September 7th is the last Thursday night sailboat racing for the 2017 season and our last craft beer night. This week we will have beer from Luppolo Brewing. What a season this has been - we have had Thursday nights with too much wind, with no wind, with finicky wind and Thursday nights with good wind; there were cool nights, wet nights, nights with thunderstorms threatening, nights with smoky, red orb sunsets and nights with glorious, clear sky sunsets. There were nights with tales of adventures before the winds, nights of tall tales, nights of “we coulda, we shoulda”, nights of “do you remember…” and nights of “that’s a Sandbar nomination!”. But every night there are smiles of welcome, cool beverages, delicious meals, and the camaraderie of KYC members. Come to the club on September 7th to enjoy the last 2017 night of sailboat racing and the second to last Thursday night dinner.

Chopped BBQ Brisket Burger with Caramelized Onions and side of deep fried pickles

The cost is $17.50 per person, cash payable to the caterer.
